All payments due on the 1st of every month. Late fees applied.

Uniforms are custom ordered. Rattan sticks are personally handcrafted and branded with our logo. Please expect extended wait times when ordering.
Class Regulations
1. Please address everyone with respect. No harassment of any kind will be tolerated. This extends to interactions on our social media platforms.
2. Please remain quiet while classes are in session.
3. If you are late, please wait to the side. You will not be permitted onto the training room floor until acknowledged by an instructor.
4. Senior students are to line up in the front row, followed by diminishing rank of the remaining students.
5. No profanity/cursing allowed.
6. No chewing gum allowed.
7. Please remove any jewelry/watches prior to training. All personal items to be kept in designated cubbies or lockers. Please keep valuables at home. Bryan Sloyer & BalintawakLA are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
8. Uniforms must be worn during every session. Please keep uniforms clean and laundered. Maintain trimmed nails for safety and hygiene.
9. Photography or recording of class activity is not permitted unless approved by Bryan Sloyer. No personal music devices permitted. Assistive hearing devices allowed.
10. Students will learn only what is assigned to them. Do not teach fellow students any curriculum unless directed to do so by Bryan Sloyer.

Please sign and date our electronic Waiver & Liability Release form in order to be eligible for class participation. BalintawakLA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
