In this level the student uses their previously acquired defense & counter knowledge to hone intermediate skill sets. These are introduced within 5 "Grouping Systems" that the student will experience during a progressive journey.

3) Preparation for Body Flexibility 

4) Preparation for Speed & Reflexes 

5) Defense Against Punches While In Stick Fighting Motion
